Tilla, Henk’s Mother, has been involved with See-en-Sand since 2012, and can be considered the Ultimate Mom to all our students while they are in our care. She can just as easily whip up dinner for 130 students as she can put together a business plan.

Her years of service on the IEC Committee in Hermanus, Onrus Ward Committee, and more than 20 years of community work, serving on several additional committees such as The Whale Festival and Walkerbay Outdoor sporting event have crafted Tilla’s organisational skills.

Previously her time in Hermanus was further dedicated to establishing well known businesses such as Bientang’s Cave and Land & See Lifestyle store. It’s easy to see why we, and our students, continue to put our trust in Tilla.
